A GENTLEMANS GUIDE TO LOVE AND MURDER

A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder follows Monty Navarro, a distant heir to the wealthy D'Ysquith family fortune and earldom, who discovers he's eighth in line to inherit after his mother's death reveals her disowned aristocratic past. Determined to claim his birthright, Monty sets about eliminating the eight relatives standing between him and the earldom (all played by a single actor), while juggling romantic entanglements with the social-climbing Sibella and his virtuous cousin Phoebe. Told with wit, dark comedy, and pastiche musical numbers, the show balances Monty's murderous ascent with a satirical look at class and Edwardian aristocracy, building to a farcical courtroom twist at the end.
